The mission of the Idaho Charter School Network (ICSN) is to ensure and share the success of Idaho Public Charter Schools, for the benefit of Idaho children and families.

The Idaho Charter School Network values innovation and school choice, sustainability, a vibrant, active membership, advocacy, high quality schools and networking.

The purposes for ICSN as defined by our by-laws and affirmed during the 2008 strategic planning process are: collaboration with local and state educational communities, accountability and support for high quality schools and student achievement, mutual support among all schools, and increased public awareness of the charter school movement.

Based on the findings from surveys, discussion and review of history, a review of the performance of the network, and discussion of the evolving needs of new and existing charter schools in Idaho, the Executive Board of the Idaho Charter School Network proposes a strategic plan to expand capacity, enhance the value of ICSN to its members and realize its mission.

In September 2009 the Idaho Charter School Network became an autonomous 501c3 organization.
